    Mon – Fri 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 pm
    Saturday 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 pm

    Transportation is available
    Mon-Fri 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
    Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

    RTEC requires a 24-hour notice to schedule cash paying trips for public transportation. 

    A 72-hour notice is required to schedule appointments for HSTD transportation, except for urgent care requests.  Cancellations should be made 24-hours in advance if possible.  

    Urgent Care Transportation - Urgent care shall be provided twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, including any holiday.  Urgent care may be scheduled or requested anytime.  RTEC’s toll free number allows for paging services after hours.  Reservation Staff may confirm the need for Urgent Care.
