White Flag is a program that aims to provide shelter for homeless individuals during extreme winter conditions. This initiative is designed to address the immediate needs of our unhoused neighbors and ensure they have access to essential resources during the harsh winter months.

  • Offers a variety of housing services for low-income families. Must meet eligibility requirements. Visit the website for more info.

    • Housing - comprehensive homeownership services for low-income families

    • LIHEAP - Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program

    • Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) - Helps eligible households with rent and/or security deposits and utility deposits (must meet eligiblity requirements)

    • Weatherization Program:

      • Repair or replace heating equipment

      • Insulate ceilings, walls, floors, water heaters and duct work for heating systems

      • Weatherstrip doors and windows

      • Check for carbon monoxide leaks and other health and safety issues

      • Install smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
